Advance Notice.  We always try to give the church and sacristies a thorough clean in preparation for the feast of St Francis on 4th October.  This year, the clean will take place on Saturday, 30th September from 10.00 am onwards.  If you are able to come along with dusters, polish, etc. and give a hand, it will be much appreciated.

And a reminder that Cleaning Team B will be cleaning the church this coming Saturday morning.

Our God is the God of all men,

the God of heaven and earth,

the God of sea, of river, of sun and moon and stars,

of the lofty mountains and the lowly valleys.

The God above heaven,

the God under heaven,

the God in heaven.

He has his dwelling round heaven,

and earth and sea, and all that is in them.

He inspires all,

He quickens all,

He dominates all,

He sustains all.

He lights the light of the sun:

He furnishes the light of light…
